When I arrived my appointment had been incorrectly entered into the database and the receptionist had me filling out forms as if I were a new client. It was a bit confusing since I am a member and my information is already on file. The other receptionist recognized me and was able to quickly correct the problem.

I was satisfied. Great service. I felt like my massage could have been better. He seemed a bit nervous. My facial was excellent. Learning about my skin and areas of improvement overall.

everyone was perfectly nice but I don't like the practice of trying to sell to people as they exit the door of their massage. I just wanted to say shhhhhhh. Let them leave with a peaceful thank you. You can call the next day to see how they feel after and share any incentives. Esp when someone came in on a gift certificate, I'd be mortified to have that happen to someone who was supposed to enjoy the massage as a gift. The music was a little depressing -some type of elevator music like The Carpenters but acoustic. Maybe something more eclectic, modern, upbeat happy spa friendly type music. It can be peaceful without being sad. Expected the spa room to smell wonderful. Instead a peculiar smell I couldn't get off me all day and finally had to shower and wash my hair.

Everything was good but the room was hot and did not like having a blanket on me when the room was already hot.

The massage was great and Gwen did an excellent job. The only issue was checking out when I said I would leave a 15% tip. I had a flier I received in the mail for $59.99 which would have been $9 however even if the tip was on the the amount without the discount it would be $12. The receptionist gave some explanation that tip would amount to $15. She did ask if that was OK. I'm not great at math but it didn't sound right. When I got home I felt rather ripped off by the receptionist charging me $15 rather than 15%. Again, though, Gwen the massage therapist was excellent.

Employees have to be fully vaccinated. Air purifiers are needed in each room.

The only issue I had was the inability to schedule an appointment easily online or via the app. There were preferred times during the day that fit my schedule and then I would get a call saying, “That provider does not see male clients.” Your programmers should be able to program system logic that identifies I am a male and block those available times from appearing when I go to schedule a massage.

Visit before the last was very disappointing and it felt like they were going over and above to make up for it this time.

As stated earlier the phone receptionist quoted me a $59 intro. price and I agreed but after Brandon did the massage the checkout lady said it was $69. I confronted her about it and she wouldn't honor the price I was quoted. Then she couldn't get the gift card I brought in to work. I had to assert myself and ask for a manager who did resolve that issue. (I didn't bring up to the manager the price she wanted to charge me was wrong). Also I didn't feel the masseurs techniques really relaxed me, definitely wasn't deep tissue despite my asking him to apply more pressure.
