I felt like the massage could have concentrated more on the areas that I specified in the information I gave online. Ex. Concentrate more on my lower back.

I didn’t feel like the services went above & beyond. I feel like it was very bare minimum and I didn’t receive satisfactory treatment. Also there was no room for add ons like a hand massage.

I enjoyed my facial with Gigi, she was very nice and informative and was quiet when I seemed relaxed enough to fall asleep. I have one complaint though- when she was going through the upgrades and choices of add-ons, I know I agreed to some of them, but I was not aware they would cost me an additional $80... if she had told me the prices of each beforehand, I may have still agreed to them, but it still would have been nice to know what I'd walk out spending.

Pressure to buy products. Up charge on facial without telling me. Otherwise it was a great experience!

No particular specific reason. This was my first appt with Toni. It takes a few sessions for each to get to know each others likes and dislikes.

The therapist addressed my problem and I felt much better after leaving. It’s close and easy to book. The monthly program is affordable.

The staff was friendly and great atmosphere. I had a great experience with my therapist. He did an amazing job!

I needed more time on my problem areas.

I was satisfied with hand and stone. Not highly satisfied because I can compare to other massage places who have taken more time to get to know the client and customize the massage but it was still a great experience.

the massage therapist was not the best that I have had, but she was very courteous throughout the process. She seemed to be new.
