Other massage chains that I've been to have an area where you can go and relax before and after your treatment - drink hot tea or water, etc. just decompress. A little disappointed that this chain does not offer something similar. But other than that, I was very happy with my first visit to this chain.

The facial seemed to be a bit shorter in length of time than I expected. Perhaps I was expecting one hour and my facial was completed, including questions from esthetician, undressing, etc in 50 minutes. My face felt very well hydrated and clean and I will return in another month or so.

I was not highly satisfied with my visit because nothing truly wowed me. I was there for a facial and I received a facial. Nothing else.

Price for introductory was reasonable but not likely to return for follow up due to retail cost of 50 minute massage being pricey

Receptionists and therapist were great. But my account is never accurate as to how many credits I have or points relative to how much money I have spent, and I believe I have been overcharged by $5 each automatic withdrawal.

My massage therapist was friendly but didn't focus on my lower back which has pain and the massage could have been more firm pressure

I wanted firm pressure and she did a very deep pressure. I am very sore today. Next time I will tell her no as much pressure.

Looking for full 60 or 90 mins massages

Not something I enjoy as much. Problems with website submitting the forms prior. Had to submit several times and when I arrived the dorms were not available so had to submit again. Very clean. Nice friendly staff. Hate oil and asked not to get any. She put gel but felt also greasy. Overall very nice experience other than the form filling story. Something I may Enjoy twice a year.

I felt I was overcharged and not given the introductory price as mentioned during booking. The total was more than expected for 2 introductory rates. I also thought daughter's appt was cut short by about 10mins.
