My lower back and hips gave out after massage, causing excruciating pain. I"ve plenty of deeper tissue massages and never had that happen.

I wish my aesthetician would have told me what she was putting on my face and why she was using it while she was doing it.

Well paid for the extra foot massage service and all it was a rub of the scrubbing salt and then some sort of cleansing oil. There was no foot massage and it only lasted 5 minutes. Just what I expected.

The appt. overall was satisfiable

I feel as if I pay for a 60 minute massage, I should receive a 60 minute massage.

I was looking for a deeper, more pain relieving massage. I asked for extra attention to specific areas that weren't spent enough time on. Patrick was very nice, but talked about his other businesses he was starting, which doesn't make me feel like he's into the massage. He never asked about the pressure or if a specific spot was working or not. It was a fine massage. Just not as in-depth and relieving as others I've had.

My Therapist talked almost the whole time. I understand she was trying to help make suggestions for stretching but she also complained about her personal life a lot and it was hard to relax

I’ve had massages where the room, sheets, and lighting were more soothing. I wasn’t told what oils were applied or when they would be used. My time with the masseuse felt more medical than spa like.

Everything is great except for my online account. Reception staff was great - one of the ladies remembered where I had vacationed and was super super impressive with her attention to detail. The massage therapist was great. Location was clean, convenient, and very calming. Unfortunately, for some reason, my online account doesn't show that I'm a member and I've tried to get this fixed a few times and it still isn't working that way.

My appointment began five minutes after the hour and concluded 5 minutes before the hour, so I only got about 45 minutes of massage.
