Hyatt Place Birmingham/Hoover

Always love staying at Thr Hyatt Place! We have stayed at any in the US! This one was a little more out dated than previous ones I have stayed in, but overall it was great! The biggest complaint I had was the elevators. They seemed very old and sounded like they were about to break! Other than that, it was great! Breakfast, staff, cleanliness! Love the Hyatt place!

Everything was really nice. Only disappointment was no vending machines in the entire hotel? Come on!

House keeping does not clean or replace the coffee cups which had stains when I checked in. Put cups to the side and called front desk. Hotel staff did not remove or replace. Makes you think what else they are not doing
