Very nice rooms and atmosphere. Employees stretched a little thin with front desk, breakfast bar, phone and keeping the area clean for guests to use the tables. Overall very pleased with the service I received and accommodations.

Clean, spacious. Friendly staff. Reasonable price on nightly stay. But their food & drinks prices were way to high, $3 for a 20oz dr pepper was a little crazy! But I give it a 9 out of 10. I would def stay there again!

The hotel was very clean and it is near shopping areas and eateries. The only thing that left a sour note with me was that I felt rushed to check out.

There was a roach in my bath tub and the toilets looked dirty.

Hyatt Place is always dependable for being clean and comfortable.

Hotel is under renovation; construction started at 8 am. First room was filthy: bathroom seat soiled; sheets soiled. TV broken. Sink broken. Second room was clean but dusty.
