Good customer service

We were disappointed in the price of the hotel. We were to get a discount as part of a wedding party we called the day the discount was supposed to end and the staff informed us we would need to call and talk to a manager in the morning. When we called the next morning manager informed us it had ended the day before and we would have to pay full price for the room. Beds were also very hard and pillows were uncomfortable
