Out side could be cleaner

The linens (Shower curtain, sheets, towels) had stains. The carpet was also stained, needed to be vacuumed, and needed to be refitted to the room. The bathroom had a couple of German cockroaches coming out of the walls. The breakfast was good except for the cold eggs and old looking pastries/biscuts. The bathroom wall had been repaired but not repainted. I think it could be a really nice place if attention was paid to all details.
