Not impressed with the amount of kids that were in the facility that were employee's kids

I came about 2 months ago to that same location and it was fine, everything was clean, and working. So when me and my family planned out trip we decided to use this location because last time it went so well. We stayed for 4 nights. Booked our rooms in advance and asked to be together. Our rooms were disgusting. One room was on the 2nd floor the other on the 3rd. I get that they are renovating the hotel. But they shouldn't have rooms available if they don't have the "ramada" experience you expect. One of our rooms, our family stayed in their room. The other room was ridiculously disgusting. Holes in the walls. Toilet not working. We moved rooms 3 times before we finally made it to a acceptable room. It was our only choice. We had already paid for our entire family and for all the days. The only reason we kept changing rooms was because after the 1st one, the 2nd one had dripping water over the toilet, the 3rd was a handicap shower that was very loud. And they all smelled like cigarette. I won't be returning to that hotel ever. And I will definitely not recommend it to anyone I know. The hot tub was broken. The ice machine upstairs didn't work. The ice machine that did work, there was throw-up on the floor. I asked them to clean it the 1st day I saw it, but it was still there the last day when I left. The wifi also didn't work unless you were down stairs.
