Ramada Limited Redding

Lots of things wrong with the two rooms. Price was good.

We chose this hotel because we had stayed at a Ramada in Southern California. We thought it would be the same positive experience but it was NOT! The room was dirty. There was hair In the shower and in the bed! It was disgusting! We booked two nights and highly debated about canceling the last night. The pool was a gross green yellow color with hair chunks floating in it. The edge of the spa was completely black. Needless to say I will not be going back to this hotel nor would I EVER recommend it. It is very sad because the Ramada we stay at in Southern California is very nice and we go there every year. The staff was friendly though and the entrance is clean that's why I rated "satisfied" with the staff and overall appearance of the hotel. It is misleading though because the rooms and pool are so gross.
