Night clerk at front desk was extremely nice!! However, the room (entire hotel) was supposed to be NON-SMOKING. my husband and I both smoke, not in house. This room had DEFINATELY BEEN HEAVILY SMOKED IN. When we got to our room, I immediately called front desk to let them know. we weren't offered another room and she thanked me for letting her know, but did not offer another room. I honestly think she did not offer us another room, because we were so TIRED. But, this room reaked of cigarette smoke, it was enough to gag you. But, again, we had been traveling all day, so we really just needed a bed to sleep in to get some rest. We told the am desk clerk, but no kind of remedy was offered. I do think that we should have been credited for that room or been provided a voucher for a free night for future use. Please note that my husband is a My is a Choice Card Member.
