Not a bad hotel. Thought it was closer to universal. The breakfast buffet was awful but the rest of the hotel experience was good.

Nice room with a good rate. Room was missing a lot of stuff and the housekeeping never had enough towels

They messed up kind of room we reserve the first night, had to interrupt plans next day to come back get new room. New room...broken security latch, sink didn't drain well n woke up with ants on our snacks. The gave us a discount so appreciate appreciate that bit then key wouldn't work had walk front desk get new one. lots of inconvenience. rooms nice size n beds comfortable. .needs updating

Everything was wrong.. Where do I begin? When approaching my room, there was a huge spider web, with spiders over the door.. The room needed a serious upgrade.. Bathroom door was broken, hair was on the sheets..stains on the furniture.. Articles from previous guest were left under the bed and in the chair cushion. No towels are wash clothes were in the bath room. Had to wait several hours to get towels.. Had to buy wash clothes from Walmart because none was present. (1am). Just awful experience, every Ramada I have stayed in, the experience has been positive.. Not sure what happened here.. Well, one positive note, they did give me one free day!! But don't think I will ever stay in a Ramada hotel again because of this experience.

Horrible experience. Staff is rude. The place is so unbelievably nasty. They never came to clean our room. Never going back hot tub broken for months, bar and restaurant shut down, kiddie pool not up to health standards.
