Food is great. Homemade. Beds very comfortable. Staff is great!

I visited this hotel for a princess event they were hosting and the experience was awful! The floors and toilets were dirty, the bathroom in the main lobby was "out of service", the ad for the event said "all inclusive this and that" yet you had to pay for every single extra thing there was to do, the good was disgusting and cold and the hallways/ rooms smelled like smoke. I asked an associate about the schedule for the evening and she had no idea how to answer me. I will never attend to this hotel again by my own choosing for any purpose
