I've stayed here several times over the last 8 years. Because of Baton twirling competition. This is the worst experience I've had !!! The first room that I went to if I'm not mistaking was 263. The door lock and handle would not open unless you turned the handle just so. I have kids that to me is a huge safety issue. I requested for a new room. Then I was told I was going to get room 202 a smoking room. I'm not a smoker, wasn't really wanting that room. But they where supposed to in a no vacancy status. Then the receptionist came up with a jacuzzi suite room 384. The room had all the necessary accommodations however the carpet was filthy I was afraid to walk around in my socks even. Then there are huge stains of stuff on the couch cushions. Which where pretty disgusting stains in the ceiling tiles. The hotel has looked better. Then we baton twirlers in the past have been literally yelled at for the noise we create at night. There was a group of people there that where allowed to listen to loud music till 2am or earlier in the morning. People screaming up and down the Halls. Just not sure where your limit is on hotel quite time for other hotel guest. It should be the same for everyone.
