Beautiful hotel - nice breakfast - comfortable beds - very clean rooms. Over priced for the amount of time that we actually stayed there

I had a issue with the front desk where they double booked my room and someone was trying to enter my room at 11:30 at night . I had a 3:30am wake up so that startled me and disturbed my rest . The front desk agent was not very helpful or apologetic
