front desk was terrible- worst HIE-experience. checked in 2am, needed wake up call at 5am. never got wake up call. asked for a standard size ironing board when checking in, staff said no, must use toy sized ironing board. 3 hours later we complained so he gave us one. tried X2 to talk to manager & left cell #, no call back. DO NOT STAY HERE!
