Hertz Car Rental

The staff was friendly. However, the car we were given; I was able to see a great deal better, once we were in the natural light; is dirty on the inside. There were candy/chip wrappers and a plastic cup of water left in the car. Dirty floor carpets and seats not vacuumed. This also happened on 9/15/2015 when we were given a rental car from this same location (PDX airport) there was a plastic cup filled with liquid. I was pressed for time on both occasions. However, I will be calling hertz, to make them aware. It shouldn't matter my reason for renting; I should still be treated right!

I was told I was going to be promised a car with good gas mileage and I was not giving that I did not have any other option they lied about that amount of money I needed to put down to rent the car I ended up not even get in the car
