It's ok. I wouldn't stay there again. The beds are cheap. The rooms were kind of dirty. We stayed bc my husbands company was paying for an overnight stay to join them for a Christmas party. I have stayed at the holiday inn next door and would definitely choose the holiday inn over the palms.
