Quality Inn & Suites

Had bedbugs and was very nasty

We arrived at 11:30pm and were given keys to a room that was already occupied. Very embarrassing and frightening for the occupants. They assigned us another room but sent security ahead. Good thing because that room was also occupied! A third room was occupied. They finally upgraded us to a suite 45 minutes later. Obviously the room were not keyed into the computer correctly. And waking all of those occupants made for many disgruntled guests!!!
