Booked a room for 2 nights. On the second day they threatened to put all belongings in lobby (while we were at Disney world) because whoever checked us in didn't do it properly for the 2 nights. They made us leave Disney to resolve this issue. Uncalled for and could have been much nicer and more respectful about the issue

came to enjoy a Disney trip with my family, booked room for 2 nights, at 1230 pm the day after our first stay got a call saying our personal belongings had been boxed up and are sitting in the lobby. Tried to explain we wanted the room 2 nights and thats what we signed for. employees didn't care. had to ruin my $600 disney day with my family. came back to the room to find our stuff which we thought was in boxes. no one called to tell us it wasnt in boxes. also a cockroach was found in our room in the morning. this place has no customer service, bugs, and is legally wrong.
