Stop taking in items that are not complete unless you start to have a section for incomplete items,items that come with a remote of any kind and they don't have the remote, to me that is incomplete and annoying going through all your products looking for one item that has a remote if they have a remote cost more than everything was brand new at the store that's aggravating as hll
