Do not stay here! Pay a little extra money and stay at a hotel where the rooms are still intact and their card keys don't have problems. Our room no longer had a towel rack and the bathroom lock didn't work. We also didn't have a DND sign and couldn't get one because the front desk was out. My friend's room had no lock at all for the bathroom; there was just a hole in the door where it was supposed to be. And their keys need reprogramming every single day! They say you can't keep them near your cell phone or credit cards, but even when I was careful to keep it in a separate pocket on the opposite side of my body all day, it still wouldn't work when I tried to get back in my room and I'd have to go get it reprogrammed. How far am I supposed to keep the key from my other stuff, thirty feet? It was ridiculous. The staff was nice enough, if a bit apathetic. I'm sure they're just exhausted from dealing with all the problems that someone in management clearly should be getting fixed but apparently won't.
