The gentleman at the front desk was rude

Was locked out of my room I went to front desk that is unmanned after 1030 I spent 40 min ringing night bell t with no response when the clerk finally emerged he was enraged I was bothering him and yelled at me that he was full and no vacancies while using a hand motion to go away I advised him that I was locked out of my room and he said to bad go away I threatened to call the police with reluctance he handed me a key thru the mail slot with no appoligy from him for his rudeness after I got in my room my wife and I decided NOT to stay there and went across the street and spent twice as much for a nicer cleaner much more friendlier understanding 24hr desk staff I had this hotel booked for several other stays by the first of the year I will cancel them
