The staff was great! The facility had to shutdown due to weather, so they gave us 1/2 day passes to return another time.

The lifeguards are incredibly rude. You talk to them they barely acknowledge you because they are too busy being robots scanning the water. They scan so much they didn't even notice the small child in a life vest having problems in the wave pool area that we had to rescue. Maybe the lifeguards should act normal and not focus on constantly Moving there heads and they might see what happening around them
