my key stopped working 3 times and some of the staff had attitudes

I had a bad experience with a member of the maintenance staff. Check in time was 3:00. My guests and I arrived at 7:30 that night and had a meeting to attend at 8. The room still was in the process of being cleaned when we arrived. The lady cleaning the room had an attitude and insisted that she needed to leave at 8 regardless of the fact that we had to change and get ready for our conference.
