Expensive hotels shouldn't have broken soap dishes, mold on the bathroom tile or a difficult shower control button. None of those things is that big of a deal except when you're paying the high prices of this hotel. The food in the restaurant (breakfast) was "actively bad" according to my son who had originally said "how much can they screw up breakfast?" when he read the negative reviews online. On the whole this is a very nice, clean, friendly, CONVENIENT place to stay for those flying out of Philadelphia, but staying farther away and paying less would be more satisfactory for most people.
