It was ok. Nothing spectacular. The $14 for parking is ridiculous. Our room was not ready at 3pm and we had to wait. Our room was small, bathroom was small, stains on the carpet. Not impressed. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable

The hotel's elevators were very slow. The staff was helpful but they didn't really seem happy. When I got to my room, my keys didn't work, the woman kept telling me not to keep them near my cell phone after I repeatedly said they'd been no where near my phone.

The bed was awful. The furniture was stained. I booked a 2 queen bed room which is what I wanted/needed and were upgraded to a king suite even tho I did not want it. The Internet was $9.95/day to use which was upsetting due to the expense of the room. The staff members we came into contact with were very polite and helpful.

Bartender was incredibly RUDE!! I have never experienced such terrible service. Half of the lights in the ballroom were flickering...you'd expect a Sheraton to be somewhat decent. Nope, not this one.
