Sheraton Kona Resort & Spa at Keauhou Bay

Had a great view, excellent staff member who checked me in.

Great resort

A nice hotel, but the pool girl was a bit sassy and also we changed our room for $20 extra a night that had a better view, which I feel we shouldn't have had to do since it was a special occasion for us, my boyfriend is a Sheraton loyal member, and he also tipped the front desk girl $20. (Plus we went from a king bed to 2 queens) Those are the only disappointments. Other than that it was very nice

Rays on the Bay was a fantastic dinner spot....only negative was the front hostess who seemed put off that we weren't guests of the hotel
