A complete disaster. The hotel is being renovated & they should have just shut the whole place down. One elevator to the lobby & a second to our room. Poor handicap access. Extra charges for everything, like wifi in your room. Breakfast downstairs was awful. No air vent in the bathroom so it steamed up. Had a problem later in the evening & had to call the desk. No answers, no clue. Came across as a bunch of idiots. Very disappointing.
