The hotel was exceptional, as always. The staff could not have been friendlier, and the room was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, as it is one of the best offered by any hotel chain.

A wonderful huge fish aquarium awaits your arrival. New hotel, friendly staff and a great breakfast are the highlights of Springhills in Waco. Will be back!!

The staff is great and very helpful. They took reAlly good care of our track team and earlier really good care of our tennis team this is our 3 rd year to stay here and we will do it again next year. Thanks very much

The blanket they kept giving me had hairs all over it. The maid is awful on the forth floor

Power went off, not their fault, however they could have done a better job informing the guests of what was going on.
