Clean rooms, friendly staff and good pricings!

I was moved to this hotel due to overbooking at another hotel. I was told that I only would be charged for one night which was confirmed upon arrival yet I was charged for both nights. I now have to call back to talk to a manager. Coffee pot, microwave, & DVD player not working in the second room they put me in. The first room I was sent to had food all over & the bed wasn't made. I'm not sure if this wAs someone else's room & they gave me the key or if housekeeping failed to clean the room. I was told the room had been empty for two days. The only good thing about the stay was the staff was very friendly.
