Could be cleaner

I deliver luggage for the airport and I had a bag to deliver to one of the guests. The directions I had said it was ok to leave the bag. The lady at the front desk was very rude and would not accept the bag. My office had to call her manager and get her to take the bag. Overall very bad experience!!
