Super 8 Gardiner/Yellowstone Park Area

Front desk was somewhat friendly but kinda rude also when I asked for a couple paper plates. Housekeepers were very friendly and accommodating when I asked for some extra sugar and napkins. Laundry needs to be folded in a more professional and appealing look. And housekeepers need to learn how to fold a triangle with the toilet paper in the bathroom.

Front counter gentleman rude and little warmth. Special needs for friend staying with us--end stage cancer. Also requested room on first floor after speaking on phone with staff regarding needs of friend. Staffer was going to put us on second floor--stairs only. No elevator. No luggage cart. Asked for another room. Room very far away in separate wing. Dank and dark hallways. Room smelled unpleasant. No refrigerator in room. Asked for another room. Staffer acted put out. New room still smelled bad. Asked for fridge for medicine. Told $5. more per day. Also told we wanted cheap and that's what was given us. We never said that. Never visit this motel chain again! We left day early than planned.
