Super 8 Tappahannock VA

Was no happy at all. Have stayed there many many times and each time we have issues with what was requested at reservations and what we get. We make reservations for smoking rooms and almost evèrytime there are none available Why make reservations ahead of time. Also since when do handicap don't need smoking rooms also. Almost at the point that we will use another hotel which is bad since would rather stay there but don't fulfill reservations as requested. Family members have used this hotel very often for family gatherings many times in a year. Reservations were made week in advance for four rooms smoking and when checked in there was only one room that was smoking room. This happens almost evèrytime we have used this super 8 for over a year. Not a very happy camper!!!!!
