The employees were excellent. The smoking rooms were right by the only stair case leading to the second floor. The smoke was so bad that my kids and I could barely breathe and caused my child with asthma to have an attack. There was no elevator and a man in a wheelchair had to slide down the steps to get downstairs. The blow dryer in our room didn't work right. The a/c in our room wasn't working properly. The guest dryer wasn't working but thankfully the employees used their dryer to dry my clothes.
