Sometimes at night noise from outside was too loud

The price was different than quoted to us on the phone and they would not accept our tax exempt letter from our university, so we had to pay tax, which will not be reimbursed, when traveling for the school. The website also said there was a gym, which did not appear to be true. And they let someone set up a tent and camp in the parking lot. Really!?! We were also told we'd be able to pay in cash, but they had already charged our credit card and said it would take at least 5 days to reverse the charge if we then paid in cash! Lastly, the Internet was TERRIBLE. It moved at the speed of molasses and didn't work at all about a quarter of the time.
