Convenient location

Connected to the prudential center mall--very nice to have a place to walk around without going outside!

We went to the restaurant for dinner. It was amazing our server was great took care of us right away and our meal was amazing. We had a great time.

Such nice rooms

Had an early van ride to airport and never saw personnel in lobby or at desk

Went into Hotel to reach prudential tower Everyone was friendly and helpful

Friendliest staff ever!!!

Met a friend for lunch, front desk staff were super friendly ;)
