RMT was knowledgeable, friendly and listened when i expressed specific areas to focus on. the environment was relaxing and you didn't feel rushed to leave after massage

Had a massage here before and the RMT was very good. The best I've experience so for massage. The lady who did my facial was very knowledgeable and seemed like she knew what she was talking about because she could relate to my skin issues and has had acne as well. She also gave me tips on what to future facialists of I go with someone else next time so that they don't damage my skin.

Olivia was polite, friendly without being overly familiar, highly knowledgeable but not intrusive with it. She answered all my questions and taught me things I didn’t know. She was very respectful of my claustrophobia and very quickly removed the towel from my face when I panicked.
