Compared with other centers; the whole journey was perfect. The therapist was knowledgeable and helped in clearing some week points in my muscle. Although, it’s winter and snowy day, but the reception was perfectly clean with a Nice relaxing ambiance.

Verna was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my issues. Her massage was amazing — the right amount of pressure as well as some nice stretches

I was charged $15 for an aroma therapy add on that the therapist forgot during the session. Rather than offering to remove it from the bill, I was charged and told it would be applied free of charge on my next visit

I expected a little longer foot rub, and with deeper pressure, a little harder/tougher skin and requires a more deeper rub. Also the general pressure of the whole massage, and I would have liked a little longer and more pressure on my neck

When I arrived for my appointment there was no one at reception to greet me. I had to wait ten minutes and call the spa many times from the waiting room before anyone came to receive me for my appointment.
