At the end of my massage I was asked to update my information when paying.I did not have the time/interest in doing so at that momentband requested it be mailed to me to complete.

I had a package with 8 sessions left. I wasn't sure why I was being asked to pay for my session .

Because of the confusion about the member packages available to use. The receptionist called us the day of the massage to inform us that our packages have expired and we have to pay for the massage which later on got resolved.

The aesthetician was new and not as experienced as my previous visit. I'm sure she will improve with more experience.

I think the price is too high. It should be,within the limits of 110$ maximum for the normal massage

It was my first time maybe I was not knowing what exactly to expect.

On my receipt I have a complementary service but I was charged $13 for the complementary service so this didn’t feel right

The massage therapist was very good and proficient but spent less time massaging the area I pin pointed in my lower back. I felt the receptionist got a bit rude upon not paying the extra tip.
