Hand and Stone

I just didn’t feel as relieved from stress and build up like I was hoping to. I needed more pressure and more focus on my neck and head. The massage was different than that I have received in other hand and stone locations. It was still nice, the room the ambience the massage therapist was very nice but I needed more relief.

I think there is a mistake. I selected that I was highly satisfied with my visit. Next.

Had a decent experience but overall was not the greatest massage that I had.

The not so subtle requests in the form of signage and an actual request from the receptionist to tip 15-20% were tacky. Don't you pay your staff a suitable wage? I have never been asked for a tip from an RMT.

The price increase, i'm on fixed income and a senior.

The availability of appointments at this location is not enough and doesn’t accommodate people with working schedule till end of day. Also all the adds on services or upgrades are only to make profit but not serving the customer well and not feeling any difference with or without it.

Massage therapist is very friendly and always works on my areas of need. Location is clean and convenient. Price is great.

I would have liked that extractions and scrubbing were more deep

I have had an amazing experience at almost every branch I have visited of hands & stone. Everybody always conduct with utmost respect and kindness

Jessica was a great therapist. I would book an appointment to with her again.
