Unavailability of more options in aromatherapy . Though it says 50 min massage but actual massage is only around 40-45 mins.

I expect high quality massage oil or lotion to be used during the massage experience. Time for massage should be one hour instead of 50 minutes.

Not enough pressure was applied, which causes me pain in the end. But not the therapist fault all together, I never spoke up.

I was highly satisfied with my hand and stone experience. I had no problem with my visit on may 8th. Appointment was on time and done nicely.

My fiance booked a massage appointment for me and was told her credit card would be charged. After the appointment I was asked to pay for the massage. There needs to be better communication between employees regarding payments and bookings.

The only issue I had was I believed the introductory massage was $79.95 as the pamphlet at the reception desk said but I was charged $99.95. Other than that I was happy with my massage.

I was waiting as the appointment before me was running late, so I had to wait 30 minutes. but I was offered a compensation upon return, in terms of an add-on service, so I do appreciate the gesture and the hard work in customer retaining. Just that, if someone ahead of me is late, then the timings should be cut from their time slot, rather than having next person, who is on time, wait for 30 mins+. The service was excellent, treatment was great. I would surely come back and even refer people again. My aesthetician was amazing and reception was great too.

The pressure during the massage was a bit too much/firm. It was quite painful at times but the therapist did not relieve the pressure when my body was actively responding to the pain.

I enjoyed my facial but I guess I compared it to a previous facial where each step was explained to me and what the product was that was being used on my face/benefits etc. From a customer stand point I find I like to know but perhaps your style is different so no criticism to the esthetician at all just a preference. Also I learnt not to wear earrings because the towel around the head aggravates the ear so maybe this could be suggested to customers in case they want to remove their earrings before the session starts. I will be back! Beautiful surroundings and atmosphere.
