My appt was on time and the massage therapist was very nice her hands were very soft.

Atmosphere is amazing. Personnel is knowledgeable and kind. Rochester is AMAZING!

The Reception and Massage Therapists are always friendly and professional. I have thoroughly enjoyed every experience associated with the Landstown Hand and Stone location.

I enjoy the massage with Jonathan as he is very knowledgeable about the areas that I have pain and is able to help me feel better every time i go.

Ellie is by far the most knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to my skin, she remembers what I need and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m given the right treatment for what my skin is needing. However, I am unable to book back facials on the app because it’s not listed as an option so I have to call after booking to correct it.

I come to see either Rochester or Amy and whenever I leave I'm very satisfied

Anita is always amazing. She does a great job listening to my concerns and making sure she spends time on those areas.

Great masseuse, I didn't understand how a deep tissue became a Himalayan massage when checking out, receptionist thought I had one. I've only had a deep tissue massage in all my dealings at Hand and Stone. I'm concerned now if my points and rewards are now incorrect. I have nothing sent to my email after every session to inform me of my rewards status.

Reception staff is always so friendly and helpful! Jonathan is a true professional! Very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs/concerns. He is also super friendly and you definitely can tell he loves his job and cares about his clients!
