I received a facial from Anna . it was absolutely the best facial I have ever gotten. I would come back twice a month if I didn't live 3 hours away

Jonathan was so great! I was a little dubious about having a male massage therapist but he put me at ease right away. He was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and a great massage therapist!

My body felt better after leaving

I explained that I never use the service and did not want to keep paying monthly fees and wanted to cancel. I was told that I should freeze my account so i didn't lose my credit. I tried to do that but after I submitted the firm I found out my account wasn't frozen. Then after that was resolved I was told I could cancel after I used my credits but I just found out that I will still have to make another payment first. So then I wanted to do that but was told the landstown location could not send me the email to cancel (dumb that I can't cancel in person when I can sign up in person) The manager said she would have the town center location send me the email but I still have not received it.

I have pain from arthritis and regular massages help. The convenience of Hand and Stone is important to me. Their staff is very friendly.

Esthetician is excellent, high quality care. Friendly receptionists who readily compensate your next appt. if a cancelation or mistake occurs. Relaxing, clean atmosphere
