Everyone was so amazing! Alyssa was a wonderful massage therapist, extremely knowledgeable! Also Aquia and Ashley made me feel so welcome at the front!

All staff are courteous and personable. My therapist, Amanda, is a true professional therapist. She listens and adjusts to my needs. I have chronic pain and use massage therapy for pain relief rather than medication. A fantastic value for the money.

I've been seeing Judy for massages for over a year now and will continue to do do. She's so friendly and professional. Whenever I'm sore from working out, injured, or stressed, I know that a massage from Judy will make me feel better. The receptionists are also super friendly and I always feel welcomed.

I always book my appointments with Amy at Landstown. She is an excellent massage therapist. She knows exactly the right pressure to give. She asks me if anything hurts or if I am here to just relax. Her voice is very calming. I always add the scalp massage to further my relaxation.

I find the booking process very user friendly, the front desk staff is always welcoming and kind, and the massage therapists are very knowledgeable. I got my membership package to try it, and I now look forward to my monthly massage. The perk that they do not expire and if I miss a massage, I can use it next month or even gift it, is a great idea. I have gifted two massages to my husband, and he really likes it too. I will continue my membership!

This was my first time at Hand and Stone. I loved the fact there are different choices in massages. I have already booked for the nect month. And recommend to my parents and friends!

My boyfriend Taylor Sheldon had an appointment on Friday June 2, 2023 at 730pm for 90 mins with Madison and he was very unhappy with his massage. We look forward to these massages once a month and he left saying it was the worst massage he has ever had. My boyfriend is normally one to not complain in general but he was very disappointed. He said that he felt she wasn’t putting in any effort and was just watching the clock until the massage was over. She asked about pressure and he let her know he would like more pressure yet the pressure didn’t change at all. He said he just felt like she “rubbed” him the whole time and didn’t relieve any areas that needed work. He said it felt like the longest massage ever because he just couldn’t wait for it to be over at that point. Yes, we will be returning but very disappointed we wasted a credit plus an additional $40 to extend our time for my boyfriend to be very unhappy.

The receptionist, Akua was very professional and helpful. The message therapist, Amy was just as great and professional.

Judy was great. She listened to what I needed and was able to help my back feel better. I will be returning to this location to see her.

I have been receiving massages for about 20 years. I have had many different massage therapists. When I came to hand and stone a year ago, I was so impressed with Amanda my massage therapist that I knew I wanted to come back and buy in to the membership club. It just made it easier to do so.
