While waiting for my appointment I could hear everything said at the reception desk. This is a confidentiality issue! It would be great to have a calming relax room with soothing sound, water, tea etc before my appointment.

Because everyone is friendly. The prices are decent. I always receive food service from this location. Thank you!

Every time i step foot into this facility i am greeted by a friendly receptionist.The wait isn’t very long and usually always on time.My massage therapist rochester is amazing and always get my knots out.My esthetician sheila is amazing as well and has my skin glowing by the end of my service
