Brandon is amazing.. always helpful in answering my many questions. Very gentle and knowledgeable… letting me know step by step on what he’s doing. Very happy with him!

My massage appointment was very relaxing. My therapist curated the ambiance of the room by turning down the lights, warming the bed, and keeping conversation short. Her pressure was great and initially I was going to add on deep tissue pressure but her firmness was just enough. She was kind, inquisitive and made me feel comfortable and considered.

The reception people were wonerful!

Customer service was outstanding. Manager participated in reviewing everything. Sheila was extremely excellent

Anna was very knowledgeable. She was not rushed or over talkative. A perfect estetition! I will book all my facials with her.

The staff and aesthetician (Brandon was great!) were all very nice and friendly. I enjoyed my facial and time at the spa. I will be a repeat customer. I just need more clarity if additional services will be offered/added. I plan to ask for an adjustment on my next visit when I can speak to the manager.

The experience at hand and stone is seamless. I’ve never had to wait for my facial and the reception area is very pleasant. My facial with shiela is excellent. She is very knowledgeable and has helped me improve my skin issues in a very professional way.

Ellie is incredible! She is extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I didn't catch the receptionist's name but she was equally friendly and informative. Will absolutely be coming back and recommend Ellie to others!
