Horrible aroma when we entered Floor in room was tacky to our feet - we did not remove our shoes until we entered bed Bed was not comfortable Pillows are to small Breakfast - we did not stay - food appeared to be squeezed from a bag into a warmer Employees spent more time outside the front door smoking that at the desk

There were people above us jumping and running. It was extremely loud. I finally called the front desk at 11:30pm and the man was extremely rude. I asked if he could call the people above to stop jumping around. He said he would "try." He had to figure out who was above us...... Shouldn't you know the floor plan of the hotel or at least have paperwork that has it? Since I have worked at a hotel, I was extremely irritated. He must not have called the room because it didn't stop.
