Since I have been staying off and on for about 3 years it has changed dramatically and not for the better the rooms are more messier and all the appliances do not work and they need new bed sheets and comforters ALOTT of them have holes and are outdated - I stopped going for awhile cause there were bugs in the rooms bed bugs and red bugs so far it's about the same there are only certain rooms I will stay in they need Alott of improvements!!

Poor customer service talking on phone while Tryn to check me in, the room was not that clean refrigerator not working sheets on bed itchy had to use my own blanket
