Quality Inn

need better beds

I had actually booked at another hotel across the street but it was full by the time they received my payment so they put me in quality inn. I was not happy with the appearance of the exterior, it was dark and aged, the outside hallways were dirty and need better lighting. I called the front dest when we finally found our rooms because it was almost impossible to know where your room is if it's in the inner hallways. The front desk never answered but luckily we figured out the lights did work they were just unplugged! But the actual room was darling the bathroom was small but inviting well lighted, the bed was clean and comfy, the water was hot and clean. The interior design was a surprise as well. I wouldn't stay again, even for the price, I didn't feel safe . The door to our room was very light and I felt like any one could burst it down.
